The Jack Cade Rebellion of 1450 

Jack Cade is a well known figure and activist for governmental structure change within modern times. In the year 1450, he led his one and only rebellion against the government of England in attempt to change issues adhering to the recent downward spiral that the English were now in against France in the Hundred Years War. The attempt to change issues within the government was brought to the kings attention via an organized militia which marched upon the grounds of London. 

Although Jack Cade attempted to keep his troops content, his efforts were no use. Not long afterwards, what is now know as the Battle of London Bridge, broke out and fatally wounded Jack Cade as the citizens of London repulsed the militia. In the end, the rebellion was a complete failure however it marks Jack Cade as one of the greatest activists and strategic minds of the modern era.
